MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hurrah! Celebrations are in order for it is once again the anniversary of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Well...probably not, but it's a good excuse to get in touch with people and drink yourself half to death. I will be anyway.

Happy Winter Solstace.

Revised storyboard

After our less than wonderful animatic-assisted pitch, I have recrafted the opening scene. It is where our characters are introduced and leads to the title. Any comments welcome. I know millions of people look at this journal daily.

Fred can walk

Fred now has legs. They are quite thin. Like mine. I just need to decide how the feet will be jointed. He will look nice once I've textured him.

Steam Train

I was thinking about the train journey in my film and also how my animation last year ended up so SLOW and UNEXCITING. So I'm wondering, how can I combine these two concepts. Of course, Make an animated train!

Changing course

Yes, I'm giving up animation. Once you see a piece like Cheeseman, you have to just throw in the towel. It is Mozart to my Sallierri (almost certainly mis-spelt).
Of course I am lying. Ha ha.
I'm unhappy. Unhappy with Knitwit. Too many pointy bits, too much information, too busy! So simplify...simplify!!! Lo and behold he is now become some rounded boxes - far preferable I think. I must make a decision one way or the other, and this is it.
Obviously it's the yellow one, not the ones that look like bars of soap.
